Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the xco368 website accessible at https://xco368.cam, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, games, and services offered thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the xco368 Platform and is authorised to use its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and verification on xco368.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by xco368, which are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Player may make their first withdrawal.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole currency in which xco368 balances are denominated and transactions are processed.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful or restricted, as determined by applicable law.
• "Togel" refers to the togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) product offered on the xco368 Platform.

Access to and use of the xco368 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are stri ctly enforced:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction to access online betting services.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual in your own name — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not eligible to hold an Account.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative thereof of xco368 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by xco368 or on any external problem-gambling registry that xco368 participates in.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of services on xco368, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• One Account per Player: Each individual may hold only one Account on xco368. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. xco368 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of Changes: You must promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in Account suspension or delayed transaction processing.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting xco368 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification having been completed and there being no open withdrawal holds.

xco368 operates a structured KYC process in accordance with internationally recognised standards for anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT). KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered by unusual account activity at any time.

Players will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming ownership by the registered Account holder.

xco368 will process KYC submissions within 3 business days under normal circumstances. Players whose documents are incomplete or unclear will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to resubmit. Accounts that fail KYC review may be suspended, with real-money balances held pending resolution.

All deposits on xco368 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by xco368's payment processors.
• xco368 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are solely your responsibility.
• xco368 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit and to hold funds pending satisfactory documentation.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed upon request, subject to no wagering activity having occurred against those funds.

Withdrawals from your xco368 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Prerequisite: Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger additional verification if account circumstances change.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit. xco368 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: xco368 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operational conditions. Processing times may extend to 24 hours during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Fees: xco368 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are beyond xco368's control and are your responsibility.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Pending Bet Holds: xco368 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where open bets or unresolved game rounds remain active on your Account.

xco368 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the point of offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have met all eligibility criteria, including age verification and KYC completion where specified. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings may be processed. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is displayed at the point of claim.
• One Bonus per Player: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, including through duplicate accounts, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate Account suspension.
• Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contributions are specified per promotion. As a general guide: sports bets contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; togel bets contribute 100%; slot titles contribute 100% unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Wagering requirements not completed within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Abuse and Manipulation: xco368 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings from any Player found to be manipulating bonus terms, including through low-risk matched-bet strategies, arbitrage, or other approaches that exploit promotional mechanics without genuine recreational intent.

The xco368 Platform offers multiple wagering products, each governed by its own product-specific ruleset. In all cases, individual product rules take precedence over these general Terms where a conflict exists.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, BWF). In the event of result disputes, xco368's decision is final. Bandar bola (Indonesian-style football betting), mix parlay (accumulator betting across multiple matches), and voor bola (handicap betting) are available and governed by their respective product-level rules.
• Togel: Togel draw results are sourced from officially published draws. Discrepancies in submitted bet slips must be raised within 24 hours of the draw result being published.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are final once the round has concluded. Technical malfunctions that interrupt a live game round will be handled in accordance with the applicable game provider's (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live) malfunction policy, which may result in the round being voided.
• Slots: Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. All published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per product and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. xco368 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without notice.

xco368 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum net loss incurred within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session reminders and time limits to manage playing duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Players of elapsed session time and net activity during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the chosen duration.
• Account Closure for Responsible Gaming Reasons: Players may request permanent account closure on responsible gaming grounds at any time. Real-money balances will be returned following KYC verification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xco368 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money balances where fraud is involved), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or controlling more than one Account on xco368.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, algorithms, or AI-assisted systems to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities — commonly referred to as "glitch exploitation" — to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Platform's source code, databases, or backend systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xco368 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

All content available on the xco368 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and branding materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of xco368 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from xco368.
• Use the xco368 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xco368's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform is limited to the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xco368 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated winnings, or data.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party payment processor downtime, telecommunications failure, or events beyond xco368's reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government action, or widespread network outages.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their Account credentials.
• Decisions made by game providers regarding the settlement of individual rounds or technical malfunctions within third-party game software.

xco368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform. Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — xco368 will provide reasonable prior notice via the Platform or by email to registered Account holders.

Your continued use of the xco368 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to xco368's licensed jurisdiction. xco368 operates under an international gaming licence and is regulated by its issuing authority. Details of the applicable licence are available upon request via the contact information in Clause 15.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and xco368 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: The Player must submit a written complaint to xco368's customer support team at [email protected]. xco368 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction at Step 1, it may be escalated to xco368's compliance team for senior review. A final written decision will be issued within a further 14 business days.
• Step 3 — External Review: Where a dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, the Player may seek independent resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by xco368's licensing authority.

xco368 does not consent to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts with respect to disputes arising from the use of the Platform, to the extent permitted by applicable international law.
